Nancy Boman, M.D., Ph.D., serves as Chief Regulatory Officer of Vera Therapeutics, where she leads global regulatory strategy for the company’s development programs.

Dr. Boman has more than 25 years of experience across regulatory affairs, clinical development, and global health authority interactions. Prior to Vera, she served as Chief Regulatory Officer at Kyverna Therapeutics, Adicet Bio, Encoded Therapeutics, and Novartis Gene Therapies, following leadership positions at Amgen and Genentech.

She earned a Ph.D. in Biochemistry, an M.D., and Bachelor’s Degree in Human Physiology from the University of British Columbia.
