Our journey
2016
Founded with a deep belief in the power of business to translate science into improved medicine and transform patients’ lives.
2020–21
Discovered the science behind our initial therapeutic approach did not advance as intended. Strategic pivot towards a mechanism of action with broad therapeutic potential in autoimmunity.
2021
Completed IPO and raised funds to fuel continued growth and advance clinical development.
2022–24
Building clinical evidence with positive ORIGIN Phase 2b results presented at major nephrology congresses and published in leading journals, and pivotal Phase 3 trial initiated.
2024
ORIGIN data received FDA Breakthrough Therapy Designation and ERA Best Abstract and Scrips Clinical Advance of the Year awards. Completed multiple financings and expanded clinical program into new disease areas.
2025
ORIGIN 3 primary endpoint results featured at ASN Kidney Week and simultaneously published in NEJM; submitted BLA; further financings.
2026+
Deep clinical expertise with programs in multiple autoimmune kidney diseases, and positioned for late-stage execution.
